Only a certification tester can answer this question. Used by commercial installers and corporate service managers to ensure new wiring fully meets the wiring requirements of standards such as Category 6A or 2nd Edition Class EA, certification is the most rigorous cable test. It is also required by cabling manufacturers to benefit from a warranty.
Certification includes all of the tests that are performed during verification and qualification, but also allows multiple measurements to be performed across predefined frequency ranges and to compare detailed results to standards set by TIA bodies or ISO. The results determine compliance with the standard and indicate whether a link conforms to a specific wiring category such as Category . This tells you which application the cabling is capable of supporting.
