The incumbent is able to:

1) Organize and prepare his site, taking into account the instructions for very high speed network sites.

2) Respect the specifications

3) Prepare tools, vehicle and personal protective equipment in order to intervene on the site and ensure safety.

4) Deploy the network: techniques for pulling optical fiber cables in underground and overhead deployment.
